NEITHER EARNINGSNXT NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY ITS NEGLIGENCE OR CONTINGENCIES BEYOND ITS CONTROL IN PROCURING, COMPILING, INTERPRETING, REPORTING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICE AND ANY INFORMATION THROUGH THE SERVICE. YOU AGREE THAT THE LIABILITY OF EARNINGSNXT, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS, IF ANY, ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF LEGAL CLAIM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION IN THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EARNINGSNXT FOR USE OF THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
EarningsNxt may discontinue or change the Service, or its availability to you, at any time without notice. This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. When you initiate a subscription, you will be redirected to Stripe’s hosted checkout page to complete your purchase. By submitting your payment information on Stripe’s platform, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to promptly update your account and payment details as needed. Corra LLC does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information at any point. By completing checkout on Stripe’s platform, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
EarningsNxt offers a free tier of access to the Service, which provides limited features at no cost. Free-tier access is provided as-is and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice. Paid Pro subscriptions are billed at $8.00 per month and provide access to expanded data, AI-assisted briefings for all covered companies, email alerts, and higher API rate limits.
Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.
Pro subscriptions will auto-renew at $8.00 per month immediately upon conclusion of the then-current subscription term and shall renew for subsequent monthly terms unless cancelled prior to the commencement of any renewal term in accordance with these Terms of Service. By subscribing, you consent to Corra LLC charging your payment method on a recurring monthly basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe-hosted customer portal accessible from your account page, or by emailing us at earningsnxt@corralimited.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain Pro access until that date and will not be charged again thereafter.
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any purchases or subscriptions made via the Services.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. You agree to allow us to make multiple attempts to receive payment from your payment method if prior attempts fail.
