Coca Cola Consolidated's strong EPS performance, exceeding expectations by 18.60%, likely contributed to the stock's 0.88% increase. However, the lack of revenue data and forward guidance may leave investors cautious. The positive surprise in EPS suggests effective cost management and operational efficiency, which could bode well for future performance.
